I own six pans from Neoflam. The cooking is very even, and possibly due to induction cooking. I can deep fry items with less than 1 inch of oil when I was using 5 inches of oil in my huge wok. The quality is very good, and I only had one issue with one of the pans so far, but I think it was a product defect with the nonstick surface.

The handle becomes a little bit loose when I try to spin it

Overall, its a terrible product. After 7 months of regular use, the pan became sticky and the handle became loose. Warranty: Non-existent. Even though the manufacture stated 1-year warranty, they do not respond to my warranty claim. I'll just grab another one from COSTCO.

I think this is one of the best pans, been using it for a few months now and the pan still feels new. Might need to test it longer but it’s super easy to cleans and non sticky.

Had been wanting a Neoflam forever and couldn’t find vendors here in US. I am obsessed with Korean food and all of the Korean you tubers I watch use this brand. Wasn’t sure if this was a legit product or a knockoff as it didn’t have reviews so I purchased on a whim. I am so glad I did! It works great and is the best non-stick pan I have ever used! Arrived before the expected delivery window. Definitely recommend !

Great product, easy to clean, w/o PFAS

i liked the design and the color so I bought it even though it is expensive than other regular frying pan. I haven't notice the small scratch in the middle after week. I was very careful and gentle using soft sponge and i don't know where this comes from... anyway i believe this is not stainless but coated aluminum pan which means I have to throw this away...what a waste and what a disappointment.! I had 20$ Korean frying pan and it was better than this lighter and durable.

I thought buying an expensive and recommended pan will last long but I was wrong. After few months, the non stick coating was gone. When you grease it, oil going to the sides. I should have sticked to Tefal instead.

In the beginning for about 2 months it was great however then everything started to burn when I cooked, I used only soft clothes and plastic for cleaning never anything abrazive. I have been trying to contact the company for over 6 months and amazon has not be any help. No one replies or is willing to help with this situation it is very annoying. I really loved this pan in the beginning but now I can't even use it....

Bad frypan every thing already stick to it only had it a few months very expensive frypan should last longer than a few months will never buy Neoflam again don’t waste your money on this brand
