Yes, it is ok to set up 12 alarms and 12 buttons. The emergency strobe siren alarm can max be paired with 20pcs button pagers. After you successfully connect 12 call buttons to 12 emergency strobe siren alarms (Each button needs to be registered with 12 alarms once), when you press one of the buttons, all alarms will be activated.
