I bought these to replace a couple of lights that had failed over time. Initial installation of this kind of light isn't difficult, but replacement is downright easy and only takes a few minutes. My original lights were only a single color temperature, 4000K, while these replacements offer the choice of 5 color temperatures, ranging from 2700K to 5000K. Note that you're required to set the color temp during installation. If you want to change the color temp later, you'd have to pull the light down, change a switch setting, then push the light back into place. Easy, but not something you'll want to do often. Dimming, on the other hand, is easy and available in the app. I use Alarm.com's app. By the way, Ensenior's customer service was very easy to work with via email. Highly recommended.

These lights are so easy to install and are great for remodeling. This was my second order, and if needed I would order more.

The lights arrived today and I easily installed the first one. My previous lights of a different brand started failing after about 9 years. I like that this set includes easy push in connectors. I removed the old wire nuts and inserted the wires and was up and running in just a few minutes. The light fit perfectly into the hole from the previous one. I also like that the box that does over the ceiling has a door that flips open to access the wiring. My old one required you to remove tiny screws and show everything into the box. This one makes it very easy to access the wiring for installation. The adjustable color allows me to adjust it to match the other lights in the room. It dims well and matches the other lights in the room. There was no buzzing or humming. The only issue I had was one connector was bent out of shape and would not mate. I had to use pliers to squish it back in to shape. This set it a great value.

These are super easy to install because of their very low profile. They are inexpensive but super bright. Can't ask for more. I installed a bunch of these in my house over the last 5 years. Highly recommend.

I've bought and installed a lot of recessed ceiling lights and these are the best. First, the installation guide (not that you really need it) actually has color photos. I could not believe it in a world where you're lucky to get a cheap slip of paper with meaningless, tiny font instructions written in half-English. This itself tells me that someone cared enough to produce a quality product. Second, the light evenly fills the surface area of the light. Other lights have a bright area in the center and dim area in the periphery. Third, the wire connectors provide 4 holes and the junction box provides 3 knock-outs so you can have an input power and branch off to two additional lights. Fourth, the template for the hole cut-out is actually round with a proper center. Other lights I bought were so cheap that the center point was way off. Fifth, the little spring tabs that secure the light into the ceiling drywall have solid plastic covers. Other lights have this this rubbery almost paper-like sleeve that is practically useless. However, all is not rosy. Maybe it was just this batch but the connectors between the light and the j-box did not fit. The female connector on the light side was oblong, not round. This caused a lot of issues in connecting. I took off one star for this but really wish I did not have to. Will definitely buy these again. All recessed lights are not created equal.

Great lights to light up the kitchen!

Prior to purchasing I exchanged emails with the manufacturer on spacing for the lights. From that we decided to put in four of the 6" lights vs more of the 4" lights. They look great, work great and the ones we purchased have the 5 way light temperature control switch on them which was a great feature. We settled on setting ours at 3500k. *** Of note, I put in a few pictures from the box for both the 4" and 6" models that show the recommended spacing and coverage. You can space the 6" models further apart. Our room 11' x 11' was best served with four of the 6" models that gave us good light everywhere. We never turn them up all the way - they are bright !!, but use the dimmer to turn them between the lowest of 5% and about 35%. Overall a great purchase and I would but them again. UPDATE ON DIMMERS: Initially I could not find the recommended Lutron Diva dimmer DVRP-253P anywhere. I decided to try a Lutron DVCL-153P which is in most hardware stores. These lights dim nicely to the lowest setting without any flashing with that dimmer and its nice that dimmer has a setting to set the minimum dimness - we set ours all the way down. I did order the DVRP-253P from an electrical wholesaler and after two weeks it arrived and I installed it. It also works but lacks the fine adjustment to set minimal dimness, so the lights when turned all the way down are brighter with the 253P vs the 153P. Not a big thing. **** What's really important though is the DVRP-253P dimmer is 2.5 times as expensive and I didn't see any difference in performance of the lights. *****

Very happy with these pot lights. Good price. They look so much nicer than the 4" pot lights we originally had in our kitchen .. so much brighter too. With different lighting settings to choose from we we set ours to the white for the brightness.
