The best part about this machine beside the workout was how easy it was to set up. No plug in just work and the machine works for you. This has been the best addition to my home gym equipment and keeps me motivated! It’s pretty sturdy when running and stops when I need it to. The value for the price is impeccable to it competitors!

This treadmill is fantastic! Was super easy and fast to assemble (I"d recommend you have a helper to make the process smoother and faster). I like that its assembled weight is much less than other treadmills which makes it easier to move around should you need to. I found running and walking on it excellent. The belt moved smoothly and it had just enough cushioning to it that my back and knees thanked me for it. It's very solid and durable. I definitely recommend the CT400 for anyone interested in purchasing a self generated curved treadmill. I want to add that SB Fitness customer fitness is top notch! Brant responded to my email within minutes and was super helpful. So a big shout out to him! So bottom line: Great product and excellent customer service.

The treadmill shipped fairly fast and was delivered with a scheduled FedEx delivery truck. The driver was kind enough to wheel it up our short driveway next to my garage. Packaging was excellent. No damaged or missing parts. The only parts to put together were the handlebars and the simple screen. My husband and I were able to carry the bottom inside together fairly easily and setup from there only took about 20 minutes. I have never used a manual treadmill before this one so I have nothing to compare it to. That said, this treadmill operates smoothly. It took a couple of workouts to get used to it before I could walk or jog without holding the handlebars. Right from the start, I noticed it was increasing my heart rate more than my electric treadmill so it's a much more challenging and worthwhile treadmill. It definitely works the calve muscles. So far the longest I've done is 2 miles. I used to walk/jog 3 miles daily on my electric treadmill so I'm hoping to work back up to that on this manual. The CT400 is very similar in width and length to my electric treadmill though I believe my electric treadmill is a thinner option on the market. I don't know that this manual treadmill is quieter than an electric treadmill. I don't pay attention to sound when I'm on it and no one else in my household uses it. I'm looking forward to being able to use the ct400 year round as I have it placed on my three season porch and live in the northern Midwest. All in all, it was a great purchase.

I have ran on standard power treadmills quite a bit and didn’t think there would be such a difference. This thing will kick your butt! Such a massive cardio workout in a short time. 5 minutes on full resistance about took me to Jesus. Definitely well built and sturdy. Super quiet. Highly recommend.

I bought this treadmill based off of recommendations directly from the manufacturer, I've got it on very safe and steady grounds I also bought the mat that was recommended for it and it's still rattling and the worst part about it is where the monitor is set I don't think it matters how tall or short you are it's in the most awkward spot in the world! The handles if you want to run or walk they're also in a very awkward spot!

I have had this treadmill since May of 2023. It gets used several times a week by my wife and I. Having the ability to adjust the tension on the belt is amazing. You can definitely feel the difference and your heart pumping. You can run on the is treadmill but it is a bit harder to do so then a regular treadmill.The build quality is solid for the price and the shipment box was really well protected. My only suggestion is to take your time with the assembly and reach out to support if you have any questions regarding the belt. My belt was at the correct tension when it arrived. You should buy a phone and water bottle holder to mount on the bars.Don’t spend $5000-8000 on a manual treadmill. Give this a try, you won’t regret it for the price point. I am certain that mine will last at least another 10 years with use of 3 to 5 times a week by 2 adults.

I liked that treadmill, simply because I didn't expect that on top of expected features, it is a little bit cushioning during your cardio workout. With that said, you get tired less, able to make extended mile. When you trying to compare similar treadmill at gym, they normally have for tough surface, which makes you feel tired, with that particular treadmill my legs didn't get tired as normally at gym. Very good, easy to assemble product.

Works, easy to put together, seems durable and it gets us working out in home without worrying about leaving the house for cardio. Absolutely love it.
