I love to use this stuff for my daughter’s diaper rashes! It works perfectly and heals them up so quickly as well! Definitely a lifesaver for someone who has a child with sensitive skin and is prone to more rashes because it helps alleviate the pain quickly by speeding up the healing process! I make sure to always have back up on hand around the house and in the baby bag just in case it is ever needed!

It is Neosporin. What else needs to be said. Helps pain, helps healing, no problem with infection. The only problem is keeping my dogs from licking it.
