1. It has very less amount of gel and that's why it doesn't stay cold for too long 2. The gel inside it is not evenly distributed so it doesn't cover all the areas around the eyes 3. The elastic band is really good quality and isn't uncomfortable

Build quality is good. within 1 use instant dark eye faded and eye puffiness reduced. Planning to use it daily. Overall 4stars.better than other products on Amazon. scope for improvement Improvement : 1.Only thing is the coldness stays for only 5-7 minutes. Would suggest to add more gel and a cover to keep it more cool while using. 2. a better cutout for nose.

Bad quality elastic came out in the first use. Gel quality seems good for relaxation as i use to freeze it and use appearance is also good . But how can u use without the elastic? U will have to hold with one hand or tie with external shall or thread and that doesnt work always
