This is the brace I choose!
This is a great product! It fits well. It adjusts well. The Velcro straps are only Glued on ( they should be sewn on) This is $ but the support is great and I could walk without pain. I could also bend over and walk upstairs without pain.

Not for a meniscus injury
Didn't want to pay the huge out of pocket expense to the hospital DME. Was told "get a rachet type knee brace" by the ED doc. Didn't realize this only stabilizes the lateral ligaments. PT informed us it was the wrong type and that was why the pain wasn't better. Initiated a return and ordered what the therapist is currently using as he also has the same injury and due for surgery.

Flimsy ROM insert
The brace seems well made with strong velcro strap but I needed for my overextending knee. I inserted the proper plastic insert but it lasted only 30 seconds. As you can see from the picture it broke where the screw hold it because the edge is so thin. If they were metal it wouldn't be a problem. Of course I return it

Does wonders for my medial bone on bone situation
I know that the brace of any kind will be somewhat bulky or it most likely would not work at all. The discomfort comes from the non-slip jell placed on the brace straps to keep it from slipping down your leg. I did discover the BraceSox brand of sock to relieve this discomfort but it still can slip down after a long period of wear. The other issue that I have had is once released from the clips at the end of the strap it is nearly impossible to reclip the strap so I have to let the strap free (velcro) and retighten as needed. Not really a problem just a pain that they won't reconnect as stated in the description of the product. Other than that this unloader has been a God send. Works just like described and could not ask for anything better. (Except maybe a better retention system) Hint Hint.

It works!
I'm bone on bone at the inside of one knee. It's a little uncomfortable and awkward. It also takes some time to figure out the straps and adjustment but it does work. It will get you out doing some of the things you're not doing now. I really noticed it when I took it off after some activity there was no need to ice up or medicate. Do spend the time making the adjustments for fit and desired offload.

This brace is amazing for me ,keeps my leg straight and relives the tension on knee. Absolute love it. The cost is great.also adjustable for knee support.

Poor quality
I received the brace on time and was initially happy with it because it helped me be more mobile. However, after wearing it for only about 4 days (a total of 10 hours), a screw came undone, and the brace fell apart. I had to fix it myself with glue and a different screw. For the price, I expected better quality. I would not recommend this item.

Doesn’t adjust to small.
Couldn’t adjust small enough to fit my leg. I am a small build man. Some women are smaller.

3 months of daily use.
Using this brace for 3 months, daily use. Have been going to therapy during this time. The brace has been adjusted a few times to relieve pressure on inside of knee joint. Have been able to walk much better. have to be careful about lifting and carrying objects. The brace gives me knee support where it needs to be after adjusting tension on side pressure. Does what it is supposed to. Cant run, but working on that. After some frustration with the plastic clips, made some modifications and am very satisfied with the outcome and performance of this knee brace.

Helpful
My husband needs a replacement knee and his bone on bone is causing some fracturing. The offloaded takes the load off the impact. It's not the solution but it makes it bearable until his operation.
