A: Yes, it has 5g of sugar per serving.  Are looking for a sugar-free option? We have Ener-C orange sugar-free which can be found in our Amazon storefront.

**Q: Ingredients? Does it contain ascorbic acid form of Vitamin C or just the mineral ascorbates?**
A: From the supplement fact list: “vitamin C (ascorbic acid, mineral ascorbate mix)” which sounds like both to me.

**Q: The word electrolytes is fairly far down on the list. does this product provide the same level of hydration as, say,  nuun?**
A: No, it doesn't. It provides the daily amount of Vitamin C for a regular person. But it is not a hydration supply.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good alternative to Emergen-C + quick/easy way to get your daily dose of Vitamin C!

Actually opted for Ener-C only because Emergen-C was always out of stock when I needed to replenish and must say it was a good choice! Ener-C is mostly if not always in stock when I check. I actually got three flavors from them at once and looking at the Supplement Facts (see image), it's very similar with some minor formulation differences. Key thing is it's easy to use - packets that you can mix with water to drink and get your daily dose of Vitamin C for immune support especially in these times. I have trouble swallowing pills so have opted for packets instead and they work fine. I did find the flavor to be a bit rather artificial, but it was also the case with Emergen-C and it's still decent tasting so it's not a big deal. Packaging is also a plus as there is a tear-off where you can remove the top part and easily get a packet out (see attached image).
