This was bought to offer as a present; however, it arrived in a damaged box. The box was opened before. Don't send me please returned items items. I will not accept them.

I have been buying, or should I say collecting Festina watches since I purchased by first one from Spain 25 years ago. I tend to receive a new bike chrono watch for Father's day or birthdays. My first bike chrono looked very expensive and seemed decent quality. Over the years Festina seemed to move on and expand the watch range dramatically. To me, this meant that their styles tended to start following fashion so a purchase would look a little dated after a couple of years. My last three Festina's have been of poor quality, the bezel fell off my last bike chrono after one week of occasional wear and the others had virtually no luminosity whatsoever. Festina no longer seem to produce watches with rotating bezels and they seem to be now produced in China. My new watch gained several seconds a day and the sweeping hand isn't smooth. This watch looks reasonable but these once very good watches are nowhere the quality they once were.
