Exquisite Blue and White Placemats
The Blue Italian Collection Placemats are gorgeous! The color in the placemats is more subtle than the blue and white coloring in the actual Spode china pattern, and they look fantastic on our antique mahogany table. I'm a big fan of cork-backed hard placemats - they can be dressed up or down and protect the table from heat and steam better than any other other material. They wipe clean easily, and are generously sized to comfortably hold a 10" dinner plate and glass and flatware. The price was excellent compared with similar style hardmat placemats that are sold in fine stores at twice the price. Very pleased with this purchase.
