It’s an impossibility to get it true the house and very heavy. I called desertcart and was told that unfortunately, as they said it wasn’t really their responsibility as they involved a third-party , I need to return it and desertcart tells me that it’s not their responsibility I bought it through desertcart and if they shipped it through a third-party that has nothing to do with me I asked them to tell me where to ship it And have it picked up by a freight company and they should also have to pay for the shipping .
