I have been taking Royal Jelly for over 20 years. It has been helping booster my immure system. I purchased Manuka Health Royal Jelly Capsules, 1000mg NET - 365 Count first time from Amazon. After I received this product from the shipment, I was very disappointed. When I opened the bottle, noticed the color of capsules were dark brown, which means they have been either produced for some time or not been kept in proper environment. They were not fresh batch, have been oxidized. The capsules were so tightly stick/glued together, I was unable to loosen the capsules. I end up returned this products to Amazon. But the Amazon's services were very good, there was no hustle to return this item. The customer service staff was very friendly, understanding and helpful!
