VANRORA Posture Corrector for Women and Men, Adjustable & Comfy Back Brace

I ordered VANRORA Posture Corrector Back Brace in S/M to fit my trim husband. He is 79 and active, but he is tending to lean, shoulders hunched forward. This can affect balance. He wears the brace every day - a bit longer each day. It's helping him to remember to stand straighter, shoulders back. I tried the brace on my "ample" frame using the Extender and other adjustments. It really helps me too. My right hand gets pins/needles feeling a lot- impingement from my shoulders hunching over I guess. Wearing his brace is helping my posture and reducing that annoying feeling. Others have mentioned discomfort under the arms, there are sliding pads on it to help with that, wearing it over clothes helps, also use a soft thick sock folded in half if needed. I work in an office so I am at my desk for at least 8 hours of the day. I started to have back pain and shoulder pain due to sitting down for long periods of time. I went on Amazon to find something that could relieve my back pain and improve my posture. So, I bought the VANRORA Posture Corrector and I don't regret it! This posture corrector works like a backpack where it connects over the stomach. I found it kept my posture straight and my back pain started to lessen. I would wear it while I work for about 20-30 minutes a day. At first, I was a little bit confused on how to wear it due to the various straps and tightening it based on my comfort, but I was able to figure it out. I felt pain relief from the very first time wearing this thing. I wouldn’t say its fully comfy, cause one has to get used to walking around straight after years of haunch-backed. Also its a bit tough under arms, but until you wear over clothes its all perfect. Its easy to put on and adjust. And you can not possibly bend forward with this cause it has a sturdy back and waist band, which I think is important, other ways you are just wearing a stretchy bandage that does absolutely nothing. My sister tried it on and got herself one already. Today my friend also said she’ll get one too. I am very satisfied and after using it for a week I feel and see the difference. Starting from 5 mins a day I am adding 5 mins every day and today I felt taller just because I was not hunching. Love this product

Despite the fact that the back does NOT lay flat, and it is super uncomfortable OVER a shirt in the underarm area, it does help to remind you to keep your shoulders back. I originally bought this for my 87 year old father, and it is just too difficult for him to put on without help. My teen daughter and I tried it (we're both of average physical fitness--I'm petite and she's 5'7"). The brace does remind you to keep your shoulders back; however, it is rather uncomfortable, but still wearable.

I've been working at desk/computer since the early 1990's 8-10 hours a day, with trips to the break room/bathroom, but not much else. I have used a eco correct keyboard and mouse for at least 20 years due to carpel tunnel (they didn't make them early on) and I am conscious of how you sit and position yourself, keyboard, screens and everything else is important. Four years ago, our corporate office transitioned our group to work remotely. I have a 380.00 eco correct chair, exercise everyday, and try and be aware of my posture. However as the day goes along, I end up slouching over without even knowing. You don't notice it until the end of the day, until your tired. Part of the issue I believe if you have good posture, your oxygen flow is better. I have worn this brace now for four days in a row (one day was on the weekend and I was just cleaning house, etc), and I really felt better overall. I purchased the small/medium (I'm slight, 110 lbs, 5'5"), and initially I wore it one day early last week and I thought the mid section was too tight, cutting into my ribs. Since I have a longer torso, than legs, I thought I would order the next size up as the metal support is longer, thinking I could adjust down however, the whole thing was way too big. What I did not realize initially is there is an extender for the waist portion (it was tucked far in the box, outside the plastic which the brace was in). This could adequately accomadate someone much larger than myself, but it still can wrap it small enough for me. I tried one other, and researched extensively, and I am very happy with this product. I recommend. You don't know how much something as small as this would make a difference. Since I have carpel tunnel, and knew several co-workers who had it and had surgery, I know you need braces that have a metal support to really feel the difference. My husband has one and his was too loose for me to have any kind of stretch. So I knew I had to find one for myself. I also know that I had to be picky because he's had 2 before that were really crappy and in amazon, you will find a lot of these correctors that have false reviews. Had to check majority of the reviews to be sure. I chose this one because It has a good amount of good reviews. It was in the medium to higher cost side but I knew the quality would be better so I just went for it. It did not disappoint. I could really tighten it as much as I want. I do wear it over a shirt or 2 because it is colder now. Also for those who said it rubs their armpits, it only will if you do not wear a shirt under it. But that is because this has to really pull your shoulders back. It also has metal braces at the back, which you dont feel but it will help straighten your upper back. There is a difference though with the picture and when you actually wear it. It wont go that low at the back. its more like midback so the mid strap will be right under the boob line. I recommend it to anyone who keeps slouching or just needs to be reminded to straighten up. Sometimes I forget I am wearing it. If I plan to wear it longer, I wont tighten it too much.

This is a great basic model of shoulder/back support. It's got comfortable light support, and the elasticity of the straps is good. I don't really understand the straps on the sides of the chest, I think they are to help customize the fit, where the shoulder strap cut into the armpit? Regardless, it's not comfortable to move around in a lot; I use it for brief periods when working at a desk. I do wish this brace had more adjustment points to get a better fit/more personalized correction. Great simple brace if you're not sure if a product like this is going to help with your posture/support needs.

I’m a college student and with everything going on, I’ve spent A LOT of time slumped over in front of my computer and my back was feeling it. I’ve used other posture correctors and have found I still end up slouched in them, so I wanted something to force me to stay upright. This is the one. It goes farther down the back than most of them and crosses across the chest under the girls which pushes my entire upper body into alignment. Wearing it has been surprisingly comfortable, considering the bars in it. I wear it the entire time I’m sitting at my desk and I can’t really feel it unless I’ve been wearing it for over 8 or so hours and even then really only where it crosses under the armpit in the front. I have noticed an improvement in my overall posture in general as well which is nice. Overall, I’ve already recommended it to friends and family.
