Traxion Tour Golf Club Grip

GRAPHICS: SuperStroke does it again. The Traxion grip is visually stunning with awesome colors and graphics. CONSTRUCTION: The construction of the grip is second to none and is well designed and well built compared to other leading manufacturers. Once you take hold of the grip, everything you see, you can feel - the quality and construction. MATERIAL: The material is great and has just the right amount of tack. When the grip feels as if it is getting slippery, a good clean with mild soap and water reconstitutes the tack. ACCESSORIES: The grip also gives you the ability to add a SuperStrike Counter Core weight. DURABILITY: The Traxions are tremendous. This is the third set of clubs I have re-gripped with the Traxion and the grips are extremely durable – symbolic of SuperStroke. My previous set I have played nearly 60 rounds and they did not fade and show limited wear. FEEL: Awesome shape and taper for golfers with different hand placement styles. Couple with a good glove, this grip truly improves your club feel. PRICE: Can’t beat it, I’m about to purchase a backup set in case SuperStroke decides to stop making this grip!

I really wanted to love these grips, awesome looks and nice medium-firm feel. Major downside is they get so slick with any moisture or sweat. You can't swing them in bare hands without a death grip, and I've had them slip wearing a glove. Also, the inner rubber ripped when installing on .610" diameter shafts. I contacted superstroke support and they assured me they're .600 core and should stretch to slightly wider diameter shafts like any other grip. Half a bottle of solvent and grip tape wasted, that wasn't my experience. I don't know if there's quality assurance issues or what, because there's also some variation in the shade of gray. I was impressed how friendly support was, they immediately offered free replacements ( which boosted this review a star ). If the next version fixes these issues they'd be a perfect grip. I switched to Winn dri-tac and the all weather tackyness puts these to shame.

So, my experience with these grips has been great in the field, they feel great, I have way better control of the club, all around great grips, plus attention grabbers, everyone has complimented the feel, design and colors. I have the oversize and they honestly feel great. I had initially ordered regular and those along with these were extremely hard to put on. They are tight to the shaft, so I ripped through two and returned them initially and I was bummed out, I took one more to the pro shop and they also had a hard time and also ripped through the inner rubber/silicone not sure what it is. I returned my initial order because they were just not going to work out, or so I thought. Binge watching YouTube I find this guy using a small air compressor to take off and on grips! Voila, problem solved, it is still hard but they do go in without a problem, I placed my order again and they went in as I expected. If you really want to put these on order a small tire inflator and multiple ball inflator pins whatever they are called, that is all you will need, inflate through the hole in the end of the grip and the air will let the grip slide in (put quite a bit of solvent) Overall, great product, worth every penny!

These work really nice. Feel great. I’m on season 2 with them now. Maybe post a little grip but still holding up. Probably get 3 years out of them. I would recommend for the price for sure.

First time trying these , should have tried one first . Didn’t realize their are the same foam material like the putter grips . I prefer the rubber feel over these . Had the same issues as others installing . Something inside grabs and I think moves the tape or something inside gets snagged crumpled up . Also they feel more like a mid/jumbo . Not as big as other grips .

Easy to put on and the grip feels great. Very happy with this.

Tenía mis dudas porque me interesaba que el grip no fuese enorme y resultó que aceré de pleno tras investigar un poco (mucho). Este modelo es perfecto, la calidad excelente y la entrega dos días antes de lo establecido. En el vídeo puedes ver como lo monto en unos minutos. Estoy deseando salir a probarlo.

good what I wanted

C'est exactement ce que je voulais pour mon Cleveland Niblick 42° Wedge. La même sensation que le grip de mon putter. Doux mais firme. La taille Midsize est à peine plus grande qu'un grip Golf Pride normale, donc si vous rechercher un grip "épaisé à mon avis il faut mieux choisir la taille "Jumbo".
