Great racket!!
Amazing racket. Very good for spin as well as smashes. A good buy at this price. Racket is very light weight so i can get a faster swing for smashes.

A BEGINNER'S FIRST DAY
Hi, this is my first racket as a beginner having played the sport for 1 month. My first day was really uncomfortable felt like I had forgotten everything I knew, I used a GKI KUNG FU DX before this which was really heavy as compared to this. This is much lighter and feels premium. The spin it provides is insane along with good control but the speed was a little less. That is what a beginner should look for. It can easily improve your game. I'll update in a week tho after getting used to it. Also the rubbers are sticky and attract lot of dust to make sure to clean them every 2-3 days

After Using for 3+ Months
This is one of the best TT bat. Light weight superb response. Best for Mid level players. I suggest to upgrade yourself with this bat after playing TT for almost a year. Your will definitely see the improvement in your game. I feel the charm of bat is lossing in few month. It can be used for 5-6 month if you play 2-3 hr daily. Be prepared for it.

Good Buy for beginners to early, mid-intermediate players
Wood Blade, good spin and control. Gives good feedback on the hand. Recommended for beginers to mid-intermediate players. You can play with it for a year till the time you outgrow this bat and move towards custom blades and rubbers.

A great begineners bat.
Love this bat, it sure is a great bargain especially if you are beginning and want a quality bat. Definitely better than most budget options available in India unless you buy a ply separately and are game to paste the rubbers yourself. The rubber on it seems good quality and has a nice feel and control. Lots of spin too :) Kudos to the seller too for sending a follow up email on how to use the bat and how to care for it!

Beginners to early intermediate players.
Excellent bat for beginner and early intermediate players. My game has improved with this bat. Its become costly now a days, but used to be available for around 3.8k an year ago. In UK you can get it for 30 pounds, bht in India showing around 9k. Quality is excellent Can change rubbers later Blade is fast but not too fast to control Writing this review after an year of daily play. The rubber is not as tacky as before, but a damp cloth wipe does make it better.

Good racket but simply for beginners
This is a very light weight tt racket. It is simply for beginners, and if you are a beginner why would you want to spend so much money on your first racket. I would not suggest it to any one, the spin and power offered by this racket is not adequate. Better go for a stag racket.

As a beginner player I thought I could just learn with the bats available for use which came with the tables in the class. I soon realized I would be developing habits and "feel" for bat use and would only have to re-learn them once I got a better bat. ALSO it was difficult to get any control of the hit or get a sense of how I was connecting with the ball. SO a quality bat (in your price range) is an important first step. This bat is a really great starting place, and for me will likely be just perfect to use from here on out ! I has a solid construction good grip on the rubber surfaces and the wood handle will wear in nicely. As I reviewed the other options without spending too much this Patio model seemed a perfect choice. I love it and can definitely see the improvement in my game each time I play. I highly recommend this bat. Have fun!

I really shouldn't be reviewing table tennis rackets because I don't know enough about them. As a beginner with aspirations who's only played for a couple of months on the cheap premade racket sets with colleagues at work (1-2 hours every day), I read that this racket would be slow, but it's much faster than the cheap rackets my colleagues are playing, so it took some time getting used to. The rubber is also *much* stickier, which makes it pretty tricky to return spinny serves, but of course also to play spinnier servers. I think it's an excellent beginners racket, if anything a bit hard to play if you're a total beginner.
