Very good opener bottle

Amazing ... even works on foil covered bottle caps
I'm 75 years old and have osteoarthritis. making it harder use a regular bottle opener. My favorite beer is Leffe Blonde which has a foil wrapped cap and neck. This Pop-the-Top opener does not remove its cap on the first try ... but always gets it off after three quick push-pulls ... so much easier for me than using a regular bottle opener. I couldn't be more impressed with this cleverly designed opener !

Under the right circumstances this thing pops!
I host a small craft bottle soda review podcast, aptly titled The Soda Review Podcast, and I realized I don't have a reliable go to opener. I had mostly been using the one that came attached to my mini fridge or the friggin' can opener, so I thought it was time to graduate to something a bit more formal. I was skeptical of Pop-The-Top at first be decided to give it a try. My maiden voyage wasn't the model of perfection, but once I understood the nuance and followed the guide, I was pretty impressed with how well this product works, under the right circumstances. You really do need to have the bottle on a flat surface, almost firmly held in place with a pewful, rapid stroke. The caps really do stay pristine and using Pop-The-Top feels and looks pretty cool too. A definite recommendation. Even if it doesn't pop the top on the first try.

Decent opener
This bottle opener is a nice idea, especially for anyone that can't use both hands to open a bottle. It's solidly made and the finish is looks good. It does work, and it doesn't bend the cap, which is handy for collectors. However, it doesn't work every time. Sometimes I've had to try 2 or 3 times to get a bottle open. I won't say that it's fantastic or that it'll replace my traditional openers, but it's a cool product.

Not impressed box was damaged and item had wear and tear and worn around then edges like it had been used. Would like some money back it was not worth £8.38
