You can pay up to 4X this price for many other citrus colognes. LEMON AND GINGER is just one of many gorgeous fragrances produced by the legendary Maurer & Wirtz of Germany, the home of the original Kolnisch Wasser. If you know fragrance, you know that citrus colognes like this do NOT last for long on the skin; after 2-3 hours you probably won't smell much where you sprayed it. But that's okay: that is the nature of a scent like this... You just re-apply as desired. Clears your head and gives you a feeling of bright refreshment.

This smells like straight up Lemon Pledge when it first hits my skin. chemical and fake. I did not have high hopes. It dries down to a delightful lemon smell. I don’t pick up ginger at all. It does not last long at all. I applied it over some lemon cream I have (moisturized skin holds scent longer) and it did last a bit longer. This will be a good base for a summer cologne to give it a pop of bright lemon. The bottle is beautiful and quite large.

I’m well pleased with this perfume. The scent is what I was hoping it would be, crisp and fresh, not sweet at all. I love it. I do wish it lasted all day, but in my experience, very few citrus based fragrances do. I may put some in a travel sized atomizer to keep in my purse to touch up at mid-day. The bottle itself is beautiful, it is designed to look like cut crystal, and it’s a very generous 5 oz size. I’ll definitely purchase it again. It could very well become my signature scent.

Pleasant, clean, floral, distinctly lemon scent. Light, yet a little bit earthy, in the best way. Smells good. I can accurately describe the smell of this perfume by saying that it smells like I'm at a Marriott or Westin hotel property. No joke, they must spritz this in all their lobbies. Anyway, you will smell clean & sophisticated. Personally, I was looking for more of a Pacifica brand Malibu Lemon perfume scent, which has unfortunately been discontinued. It is a much stronger straightforward lemon scent, just a tiny bit floral.

Smells ok, but not worth the money. It doesn’t last.

It is a lemon based fragrance refreshing cologne which I will buy again.

The smell is incredible. As you would expect. It is not very long lasting. This brand is great! I think its worth buying

I really love the smell of this. It's really good value and the only thing that worries me is that I have a lot of really expensive colognes and I just want to wear this all the time. I will order again.
