This knife is amazing! I'm an older female, and I do not have the strength in my hands and arms that I used to. This knife allows me to cut up my sweet potatoes, and my Delconte squash properly!

I purchased this cleaver for my soon-to-be son-in-law for Christmas because he is an avid barbecuer. He's really good at it too! He'd been saying that the cleaver he had was just not right for processing a lot of barbecue. Very sharp knife, cuts through meat like butter, but doesn’t cut through pork bones easily, small bones like chicken should be fine.
