The perfect panettone molds!
I'm new to making panettone, so I wasn't quite sure which size of these panettone paper molds to buy, but I guessed right! This was perfect for my recipe (that randomly didn't specify the mold size to use). I hung my panettone upside down until it was completely cool by running bamboo skewers through the paper and it worked like a charm. These are sturdy and yet light, which is just what I was hoping for. They get dry and crispy when you cook the panettone, which allows you to cut right through the paper, serving each piece with the paper on. I have eleven more to use, but when I've made my twelfth panettone, I'll be back for more!

Nice quality panettone molds
The quality of this set of 12 panettone paper molds looks good. Mine were not perfectly round — they were bent inward on one side but I think that will return to a round shape once filled with panettone dough. They are advertised as large but I think they are closer to being a medium size as they are 6” wide.
