The strap that is included- is that for your feet or is it intended for carrying the box? The description isn't clear

The strap is for your feet. It's meant to attach to the reformer under the part that holds the foot bar. The box has metal handles on the sides.

Is this box suitable for all reformers?

It is a box that sits on top of the reformer platform. I would think it would fit any reformer. Check the measurements to be sure. We love our reformer and use it all the time. Good Luck!
