Ce livre est tout simplement parfait, que vous soyez fan de douceurs sucrées ou chef pâtissier en quête d’inspiration ! On y trouve de superbes idées de créations modernes, raffinées et dans l’air du temps — pas trop sucrées, juste comme on aime. Certaines recettes demandent quelques ajustements, mais c’est aussi ça, la magie de la pâtisserie : tester, ajuster, perfectionner. Comme souvent, les petits secrets de fabrication ne sont pas livrés clés en main, mais après quelques essais, le résultat est bluffant ! Un indispensable dans la bibliothèque de tout passionné ✨

Christmas came early!!!! LOVE this book! Even though it’s all written in French.. the vocabulary and instructions are quite easy to understand… you do however need some very basic understanding of the French language though. But this book is absolutely quint essential CLASSIC French patisserie meets modern day creativity….

Per collezionisti e estimatori di Felder, raccolta di 40 dessert divisi per stagionalità e occasioni cerimoniali (l'ultimo capitolo); rivisitazioni di classici francesi e tocco personale con accostamenti di gusto anche poco usuali, con cura particolare nella descrizione delle ricette in grado di mettere sulla buona strada anche un hobbista accorto. Si raccomanda di tenersi un pochino più larghi sulle quantità . Lo stesso libro è stato edito e tradotto in Italia da Bibliotheca Culinaria (Torte. 40 dessert eccezionali) ad un costo assai meno conveniente dell'edizione francese.
