Educational Insights Wireless Eggspert 2.4 GHz Student Buttons (Set of 6) - Answer Buzzers for Trivia Games, Game Buzzers with Lights and Sound, Small Group Classroom Must Haves for Classroom Games

I bought this set and an extra set of buttons for my classroom to use during the pandemic. I could form teams with color and still use social distancing. I showed my middle school students how easy the buttons pushed and let them know they had to use their fingers to push them instead of their hands. We have used them to review grammar, writing concepts, parts of speech, prefixes and suffixes, and more. I if I tell my students we are going to review, they groan, but if I tell them we are playing Eggspert, they get excited and can’t wait to play (review). This was a good investment!

I had to return it because I didnt realize it was an expansion kit

We didn't get all the right colors. We're missing yellow and blue

Easy as pie to add additional buzzers to your base system, but be aware there is no way to know who pressed the (choose a color) buzzer when you have more than one of the same color.

Adding two sets allowed all of my students to have their own buzzer. 2 may be the limit, the third set would not work.

It needs 3 batteries for each device which I thought was a lot. But other than that it was very easy to use and very helpful with my larger class.

I purchased the original Eggspert buzzer set and an additional expansion kit. The original equipment seems to function correctly. HOWEVER, THE EXPANSION KIT did not work. I double checked the new batteries, polarity. NONE of the buzzers activated the main equipment. Furthermore, the only troubleshooting help in the written materials (You can't call it a manual.) was to get the help of "the dealeror an experienced radio/TV technician" with an additional "NOTE: The iser is cautioned that changes & modifications made to the eqipmet withot the approval of manufasturer could void the user;s authority to operate this equipment." I gave this 1 star for looking pretty. I may have to return the entire system.

I have ordered these extra Eggspert buttons twice and they do not work.

This game works fine and the extra buttons connect to the console automatically without any technical know-how. However, it's just outright cheaply made. Cheap plastic, nothing to it. RF, not bluetooth, so old technology. Quality is like a bargain-store children's toy. It's fun for classroom games, but definitely WAAAY overpriced.

I have been unable to connect it to my eggspert device. I've reached out for customer support directly to the manafacturer and no response. I would advise against getting additional buttons, just get another system if you want more buttons
