**Q: My foxdry beeps when it connects to the electricity. Can I cut out the beeping alert as it disturbs.**
A: I am not aware of any way to turn off the beeps. Could you try leaving it switched on at the mains? Then it would only beep when you are actually using it?

**Q: How bright is the light please?**
A: Lighting is 16W for Foxydry Air 150, and 12W for Foxydry Air 120. Foxydry

**Q: How is this connected to the mains? Also, is it possible to wall mount it on a dry wall (plasterboard)? Thank you in advance.**
A: We had our electrician run a cable in the ceiling to accommodate the FoxyDry. Best thing we ever did!

**Q: Does the rack itself heat up when turned on?**
A: The rack does not heat up.  There is a fan which can be used to speed up drying, but I don’t use it because I find that my clothes dry quickly as it’s high up in my utility room.  I love this drying rack and thoroughly recommend it. Hope this helps

We have had this for three years and it’s used every day. It performs perfectly. Until the remote control stopped working.Unsure what to expect I emailed Foxydry who were fab. They responded immediately and offered to send me a new remote free of charge apart from the postage cost.A few days later it arrived and they told me how to program it.Brilliant service for an out of warranty product bought online.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Foxdry air celing dryer

This unit is absolutely 💯 fantastic, and easy to use. The remote control allows for the unit to be moved up and down. It also has a very good light and strong fans if required. I have the unit mounted on a ceiling over a stove. The clothes dry in no time at all. I would advise that a professional install this unit, especially if it is mounted on a wooden ceiling like ours as it needs to be reinforced in the attic. A small comment, it would be helpful if the sides had A and B marked on them to indicate which piece was which. I Would totally recommend this unit. Thank you seller

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as it should!

This is a well designed and well made bit of kit!...but it should be , it isn't cheap.My only complaints are minor ones, the installation manual is a bit meagre especially if, as with ours, the fixings provided aren't suitable for your ceiling. Secondly the supplied flex is only 600mm long and had to be extended. Overall don't underestimate the work needed to install it, its big and quite heavy and not an easy DIY job.Even so we are very pleased with the machine now its in. My wife, who has limited mobility, can use it without having to stand. It is easy to operate and has plenty of room for the laundry. Overall we are very pleased so far!
