Is this chair available in 16” height?

It is 18 inches high with the cushion. I don’t know if they make a 16 inch model

What is the width of the seat?

The foam part of the seat is about 15.5 inches. The width of the frame (the metal part in the back is 18 inches.

Does the 17 1/2” seat height measure from floor to top of seat, or to the bottom of the seat?

It's about 18 inches to the top of the seat cushion and about 16.5 from the floor to the bottom of the seat.

What is the depth (and width) of the cushioned part of the Musician Chair? Wenger's site only lists the width and depth between the chair's feet.

16-1/2" by 16-1/2". I think this is the same chair as the ones in the choir room at my church.
