This seller was responsive and helpful! A notice said product was received. It was not. I contacted the seller who responded to my message on the same day! Product was received via FedEx the following day! Systane is great for dry eyes.

Great value - this ointment normally sells for almost $15 for one tube. It's in slightly different packaging and apparently is shipped from a different distributor, but it's the same product.

Using this ointment for a corneal abrasion from a 17 hour brain surgery: Careful with this purchase if you are specifically looking for the NIGHTTIME version of the ointment. I ordered this 6-pack and noticed after receiving it that the tubes did not say “Nighttime,” but initially assumed it was the same product since it was still the Systane brand. It is NOT the same as the Nighttime ointment. In the picture I have attached the bottom full tube is what I received 6 of. The top used tube is what I should have received, but didn't. The Nighttime formula is thinner and spreads more evenly across the cornea, which makes vision noticeably less blurry. Even though both products are classified as “ointments,” they feel and perform differently due to the ingredients and thickness of the formula. What I received appears to use a heavier mineral oil/petrolatum base, creating a thicker coating on the eye. As a result, vision becomes blurrier, and you can definitely feel it more while it’s in your eye. Since realizing the difference, I’ve switched to using this thicker ointment only at night since I’m asleep anyway, and I now use the actual Nighttime version during the day because it feels much more comfortable. I’m still giving this 4 stars because Systane products do work well and provide good lubrication. However, I removed one star because the listing advertised the NIGHTTIME version, and I received something different. If the seller wants to make this right, I would appreciate receiving the correct NIGHTTIME ointment that was advertised.

I have been using this for a few years. It is very dry where I live. If I don't use it my eyes are dry and irritated the next day. It is an ointment so once you put it in your eyes it takes a few minutes before you can see. I use it at bedtime. It is comfortable and stays in the eyes a long time. It is not sticky.

This eye ointment is very effective in maintaining eye moisture throughout the entire day. Apply at night and have no worries about dry eye.

Very good for treating my very dry eyes.it helps stop the skin flaking in my eyelashes that comes with my dry eyes. The only thing I don't like about is it's hard to use and I end up poking my eyes with the pointy tip. Maker, please put it in a fat tube hold more thannfour or five applications!!!
