It looks real! I bought this for a friend that teaches French. She thought it was the real book!

Looks great
Book looks great! But stupid Amazon informed our kids on the Alexa device that it was a book safe...it was to keep the kids out of stuff and have a hiding place FROM THEM! Ugh...other than that, the product looks great.

Good quality but one size only
It's good quality, it feels like a book outside and the real paper edges make it look realistic. However, I had to return these because the compartment wasn't big enough - I wish they came in bigger sizes. Dictionaries tend to be really big, for example, yet their dictionary option is the same size as this book. Also, it'd be helpful if the safe was buried under real pages as well. If you flip open the book cover, it's immediately obvious it's a safe.

The lock is everything.
I was locking for a hollow book to store cash and passports in on a trip to a country where hotel safes are notoriously compromised, and was pleasantly surprised to discover one that had a lock on it. It did not disappoint! The thing is a little heavier than I hoped, but that’s because the lock is sturdy and probably even bulletproof. I wedged a piece of a bookmark into the top of the pages to make it look even more legit. Invaluable purchase.

Got this as a gift for my niece who wanted one for her dorm. Her sister also got her a different one and she likes this one better because it looks more realistic. Cute creative way to keep small belongings safe.

Small storage area
I like that the side have real paper but this takes away from how much you are able to store inside.it is easy to set the combo of your choose. Arrived quickly and met my needs but thought would be larger due to book size.
