This worked perfectly for connecting my Wii to my Hisense TV, the only thing I found was switching the red and white cables around gave it a better sound

Worked for new hisense 75" TV. It allowed me to connect and old DVD/VHS player.

Needed this to connect my old sony handycam to my TV. It didn't work. Then I visited the reviews here and learned that the connections weren't standard and you may need to mix the colors on the rca jacks. When I put the white rca on the yellow the picture came up and I was in business. This adapter was my last resort to be able to play '80's tech on a 2023 OLED TV.

The build quality feels a bit cheap and flimsy, but this was one of the only adapters I could find which had the ground/common on the 4th band of the connector. (It's nice that they also include an adapter plug to switch the 3rd and 4th signals, just in case you need the ground in the 3rd position. So in theory, you should be able to use this with any Sony TV that has an auxiliary AV-input jack.) It seems that Sony hasn't been very consistent with how they've wired up the aux-in jacks on their TVs over the years and although most of them have the ground on the 3rd band of the plug, mine happens to have it on the 4th band--meaning that most of these style adapters that you can find on Amazon won't work. Thankfully, this one does! Despite having the ground in the correct position, the left (L), right (R), and video (V) connectors were NOT in the correct positions for my particular TV, so I had to hook the yellow to the red, the red to the white, and the white to the yellow in order to get the proper video and audio inputs. But the important thing is that it does actually work, even if the color-coding isn't quite right!

Just like the title and others say, it works great, no problems, It works great for my new 2025 Hisense Fire Tv 55u65qf with the single AV IN 3.5 mm port. There is no audio static and a clear picture when hooking up a 2016 LG DVD player. The cable's plug is OMPT. The adapter is CTIA for other tvs. No idea why the other manufactures don't stick with one standard, the original OMPT plug configuration.

**Update** video (yellow RCA) has a broken connection somewhere so no signal is transferred through the adapter. Otherwise this should work with the U8H. Seems well made, but does not work for my intended purpose of hooking up my Sega Genesis and Nintendo Wii and N64 to my Hisense 55U8H. I tried all of the RCA combinations and do not get a picture. Could finally hook up old consoles to the HD TV, perferd this over an HDMI adapter since no matter what the quality isn't going to be great and it wasn't gonna take another HDMI slot. And to MY peception slightly less input latency then using an HDMI adapter

Cord is easy to use and works well for what it is. Price isn’t bad. However, mine died after six months.
