Grandkids love this rope swing and climbing rope.

This is a very well-made rope swing. Our grandkids love climbing it - so do the neighbor kids. A great value!

This rope swing seems very good as far as the seat and rope are concerned, as well as the intermediate steps. But the14 inch or so piece of webbing has two D-rings, one of which failed while I was swinging with my granddaughter--that hurt! We weigh 260 pounds together, which is admittedly over the weight limit. But even so I would expect to be able to put my granddaughter on my lap like we do with other swings, and without a problem. I have switched out the strap with a climbing webbing that I got from REI some years ago and his work flawlessly on other swings in the backyard. So do not ignore the weight limit or replace the strap with something more durable. Note that the strap did not fail, the d-ring failed. But the strap looks flimsy, and it concern me from the beginning. I should have checked obviously, but others are now forewarned.

This item came in a package that had very thin bag which was torn open and contained no instructions for assembling or hanging ! May be damaged , not sure yet !

Great tree swing platform. The included tree hanger strap was too small to put it up in my tree but the rest worked perfect, and the kids LOVE IT.
