Worked perfect with Quickbooks and way cheaper than Quickbooks costs.

Worked well in my Canon laser. I scanned it, setup a PowerPoint with 8.5" x 11" page size, added the scan to the page temporarily to serve as a temple, used text boxes to fill in fields (use a fixed font), removed the scan and printed the file to PDF. Then, from PDF print to this sheet at 100%. The 2 step printing ensures that PPT doesn't try to get "helpful" and screw up the scaling, despite a 100% setting.

As an accountant who runs their own very small accounting business to help keep their mind sharp as I get older, I run end of year W-2s and 1099s for clients as needed. I have been purchasing the tax forms/kits from Amazon for a number of years now. I prefer to purchase them from Amazon because not only can I can get smaller pack sizes which include the correct size envelopes, but I am able to purchase them for a good price. The referenced forms are compatible with most accounting/payroll programs so you should be able to find just what you need for year end. Heaven forbid I forget to order the forms before the end of the year, (which means that I may have entirely and completely lost my mind or it has become dull), I am able to purchase them from Amazon and have them delivered quickly and still at that same decent price. (For the sake of clarity, and as confirmation that I know these facts to be true, I will confess to losing my mind once and needing to order the forms and receive them as quickly as possible. Fortunately Amazon had on its hero cape and had them in stock and rapidly delivered them to me in less than 48 hours! I have not forgotten to purchase necessary year end forms since that one time my marbles went missing!… Fine I will acknowledge that I forgot what day/month it was.) I fully recommend purchasing your year end tax forms from Amazon if you are in need of smaller pack sizes that also include envelopes and/or perhaps you are an accountant that needs forms other than W-2s and 1099s. Amazon has quite the variety of regularly needed forms for your accounting needs!
