I couldnot get this product in any of the shops nearby ( I preferred to see and buy,especially this one) . So ordered through Amazon. Package arrived neatly and on time. First day there was an issue. A bang sound was there while closing the knob (Only for the large burner) It was a bit scary experience. It happened lot of time, sometimes the sound was too loud. Called costumer care ( it was a bit dissapointing at that time, because it was never expected, Besides it is a functional product, cant take risk). To our surprise, service person came very next day and completely checked and cleaned. He said the noise may be due to minor air blockage or dust. Its been a month now. No issues, All well.

The product is very good i have been using this from last 3 months.

after using it for 2 months it starting bending at the left side big size burner, quality is compromised, worst experiance

Ordered for "GTM 04 AI" model as shown in product display picture. But received "GTM 04 SQ Plus" model. Also SN of product is not matching with SN given in invoice. Can you guys provide correct invoice so that product can be authenticated during warrenty time atleast. Received product is also good. But if cheaper then show product pls refund balance amount.

But this suited my needs (bigger gap between burners) better so keeping it. Posting this here for other potential buyers to be aware. Everything else was good. The item was brand new with packing intact. Called Prestige service to have it installed (for extra Rs. 236). The technician clearly explained everything and checked for leakages on all sides. He also clarified that this is the new model of Marvel plus GTM 04 black (date of manufacture Apr 2021). This is even newer than the one in link I've shared above with inlet nozzle at back and not on the side. One star less as the images of the product are totally wrong. Hope Prestige or the seller can correct it.

1 out of 4 burner closes on doing sim. Also the knobs are of average quality. Could have done better here. The gas inlet was also not very stiff. It felt like it can break when we were doing installation. The utensil stand turns white with burn marks on very first use. It looks ugly. Don’t think there is any difference between lower variant and this one.
