Great tool for a puzzle enthusiast! The magnifying glass helps to identify small areas on the puzzle piece. The light is great, and the scoop is essential if you like to put areas together outside of the puzzle and then move them in when completed. It is easy to use and makes puzzling fun!

I bought this on a whim along with some other puzzle accessories, and now several puzzles later, I can't remember how I ever got by without it. The "scoop" functionality is what I use by far the most. It easily slides under partially-assembled sections of puzzle and lets you pick them up to move them without breaking the pieces apart and having to get them back together. It's big enough that you rarely have an out of place assembled section that would be too big for it, but still small enough to be comfortable in the hand and easy to maneuver. The feature I've used the next most would be the magnifying capability. The whole "scoop" section is a transparent magnifying lens that you can use to "zoom in" on either the picture on the box or the puzzle pieces themselves. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm not getting any younger, and the days of having substantially better than 20/20 vision are long gone. So this tool comes in handy when doing an intricate puzzle and trying to figure out where a particular detail on a piece might fit into the scaled picture on the box. There is also an LED light that you can turn on with a switch. I have to say I've not really found a use case for this yet, but it doesn't get in the way if you don't use it. Overall I can't give this product enough stars to reflect how useful it is in putting together puzzles.

Bought 3 of these - one for me, one for my sister, and one for a friend. We all love this little gadget! I use it all the time with my puzzling - for lifting, magnifying, and lighting up those dark, hard-to-match pieces. I didn't give it 5 stars just because it's packaged like a toy and is flimsy. The magnifying part was scuffed up (and with some scratches) on all 3, but it's still very usable. It looks cheap - so not a fine gift - but it WAS cheap and was a nice surprise for the people I gave it to.

This popped up on Amazon as something I might be interested in and I purchased it for my wife for Christmas. The magnifying glass is great for looking at pieces to check out the details or to look at the picture on the box. The scoop feature is nice to move sections around that were built in the wrong spot. We haven’t used the light feature yet but I’m sure it will come in handy. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys puzzle making.

This is a great fresnel lens magnifier. I bought one for a puzzler, but they use it as an everyday magnifier and they love it. I have purchased 3, and the first two were in good condition; however my latest purchase arrived today scratches on the lens and another defect at the top. The button also got stuck, but I was able to free it and it didn’t stick again after rigorously testing it. The plastic lens is very delicate its tiny ridges and prone deformation. This cannot be fixed and is annoying and noticeable when using the magnifier. This is something for their product development team to work on. Overall, it’s lightweight and thin. It has a built-in light, and it’s easy and comfortable to use, albeit too delicate to transport or store without extra care.

This is perfect for any puzzle lover! My aging eyes appreciate the light and I’ve gifted to friends as well! Great stocking stuffer!!

This has come in very handy doing puzzles. If the picture is hard to see, the light and magnifying glass work wonders. For puzzles that are hard to move, the scoop works well. I wish they made a bigger size so I could move larger sections of puzzle.

Buen item para los fans de los rompecabezas, aunque me parece un poco elevado su precio. Funciona bien, la luz es muy brillante y la lupa está de buen tamaño (no muy grande pero no muy pequeña), pero lo malo es que se ve un poco "rayado" el plástico. El embalaje fue bastante simple: una bolsa plástica que contiene el producto y solamente lo metieron en la bolsa de paquetería, sin nada de protección o poliburbuja para evitar golpes. La entrega fue de 3-4 días siendo de importación y no prime, muy bien ahí.

Love love love this! It's great for scooping up sections, particularly those puzzles which don't have a snug fit, but also love the magnifying component and the led light.
