I bought the bands but there was no information about the download? Where are the exercises?

Double check the inserts that came with your package. There is a link that will take you to the download. You have access to all kinds of exercise programs utilizing the reactive stretch cord. Trevor

Can this be used for resistance training? Like how a parachute is used but providing the resistance with the band?

Yes you can do resistance running with the reactive stretch cord. However, you will not want to do drag sprints with this item. It is used as an acceleration tool. Included with your reactive stretch cord is the overspeed accelerator training program. It'll show you many different ways to utilize the reactive stretch cord to increase your speed.
