Great pan!
I saw the "1" review....not sure why as there was no review, just a rating. I own one of these pans and found it to work fantastically for making frittatas and omelets in the oven. They cook perfectly, and the sides and bottom get a really nice browning with no burn and no sticking. I like the pan so much I bought a second one for our winter home.

Sturdy Even Fragile
I love this Romertopf Flame Safe All Natural Clay BBQ Dutch Oven! It cooks so evenly and the food takes so good. It is very healthy with no lead and hazardous metals leaching on the food. I just wish there'll be more sizes to choose from and with no grill lines at the bottom of the pan.
