will this work for luxe bidet ? I mean will the valve fill both toilet and bidet at the same time , or is it one way at at time?

yes.. the Tee adapter is mainly for North American so it will/should work with most of hand held bidet that sell in North America (US and Canada)

Will this work for an Toto Ecodrake? It has a 7/8" ballcock thread.

This T adapter will connect to the bottom of 7/8 in. fill valves. The 1/2 inch connection is for a 1/2 inch hose to the bidet. Bidet hose attachments can vary from 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch feral. Make sure to know what type of fitting your bidet hose has. NuFlush

I'm getting leaks. the hose going to the toilet is male (and toilet is female?) should i buy another proper t-adapter? or how can i get this to work?

Hi usually these don't leak unless you have forgotten to insert rubber seals or you haven't used plumbing tape or pipes are not properly allingned while being totgehende up. Please take care of all these issues and there should be no leakage.Thanks
