It WORKS to keep javelinas away!
Purchased this for my parents after being suggested by an employee at Lowe’s. My parents live in a manufactured home in an over 55 park in Arizona. For some reason the javelinas keep trying to nest under their house and had caused severe damage in the past. We tried “anti-javelina” plants, motion activated flood lights and even sprayed bleach. Nothing worked except for this. We used one entire bottle for the perimeter of their 1200 sq ft home plus driveway and yard. It keeps them away for a few months! I’m guessing during monsoon, it won’t last as long but is well worth it rather than having to repair the siding on the house. Thank you mountain lion urine, you e saved us a ton of money! Use gloves and a mask when spraying, the scent is no joke.

Doesn't work
I bought this because of the deer eating my plants, trees and bushes. Sprayed all around my yard and they just keep entering and eating. Strong smelling stuff but only to humans not deer. I do not recommend this item.

Works half the time
I have a racoon problem on my property. I've used this product on many occasions and have noticed it works on younger racoons but not on mature racoons. The mature racoons will smell it and walk right past it whereas younger racoons will smell it and run away. I typically use this product around the corners of my property to keep racoons away and those that decide not to heed the warning will eventually get trapped and removed.

Great Product
I put some cotton balls in a jar and then added the predator pee, so far so good, deer are staying away which is what I wanted the outcome to be!Thank you

Best Thing Ever Tried
I am very impressed. I have lived with nature most of my adult life and always blocked them out with fences. So far they have not touched a thing. I made the mistake, I believe, of first putting the containers we fashioned ourselves, up wind. When they were replaced downwind, it was interesting to see the reaction of the deer when they came down for the clover after the heavy rain. Turkeys are gone and have not had so much as a squirrel. We enjoy the wildlife but not so much during the growing season. They'll be back in winter. Oh, and it won't keep domestic animals out of your yard. They have no idea what Lion pee spells like. Great training tool for puppy's!

Totally ineffective at deterring elk
We have a resident herd of 25-30 elk that visit our property and eat pretty much everything in our yard. I’ve tried multiple means of deterring them and nothing works. I hoped the Cougar urine would keep them away from our shrubs so I deployed several one-ounce bottles. I will say that the pee stinks (so I’m giving it 2 stars for that). It certainly got the attention my dog, and made her curious and a bit uneasy. But the elk ignore it completely and browse on plants within a couple feet of one dispenser. And yes, we have mountain lions in our area so the elk should know what they smell like.
