Great gluten-free alternative
Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen Great price, good tasting gluten-free alternative! I recently went wheat-free as part of an allergy elimination diet and really needed someway to satisfy my Ramen cravings. I'm still experimenting, but so far I really like these noodles! They taste great and cook up like any other Ramen noodle without imparting it's own flavor. I like these noodles enough that I'm not sure I would be motivated to go back to a 'standard' Ramen noodle. By comparison to 'standard' Ramen noodles, these are a bit more starchy and have a tendency to bubble up and foam a bit - so, you kind have to watch these a bit more as they cook. If you follow the instructions on the packaging you'll get a nice consistent Ramen.

These are a staple in our house. They taste great and are healthier than regular ramen. Can’t rave enough about them. My 5 yr old loves them.

So very happy to find these Gluten Free Ramen noodles. We use them for all kinds of gluten free pasta dishes. We have not found a better reasonable priced GF ramen noodle.
