Awesome pick me up
So I'm a mom that works two jobs and sometimes a cup of coffee just doesn't cut it anymore. I remember picking my kids up and having to have to take a little nap between picking them up and homework time, this is not true anymore. I take one of these babies around 2:30 p.m. and it gives me sustainable energy until I'm ready to go to bed. Make notice that I am used to caffeine intake, a lot of it, so if you're not these might be a little strong and you might need to take a half or take it early in the morning to get you going so then you'll be able to fall asleep easy at night. However if you're looking for an easy pick me up this stuff is great I also take it right before I workout for an energy shot.

I have never drank tea or coffee, 30 plus years
I keep them handy, it's my first pill I take, like someone has their coffee.over 30 years, every morning, it does not cause the gitters, nothing happens except I get into my morning chores, or even morning calm.

Get alertness quickly
I've always liked Vivarin because it is really like TWO cups of coffee, not one. Sometimes it's what I need given the high-pressured work I did prior to retirement (Critical Care Nurse on 12 hr shifts!).

Vivarin has been great! If I feel sluggish I take one early in the morning and it lasts all day with no jitters!!
