Amazing But Confusing
**first two pictures are before, second two are after 1 month** I bought this product because I was uncomfortable with the carcinogens found in “regular” hair dyes and wanted something with non-toxic ingredients. This dye worked very well for me and doesn’t seem to fade much at all, I wash my hair every day/every other day and it looks the same as when I first dyed it. For background my hair has had an ungodly amount of stuff done to it, I’ve used countless amounts of bleach, toner, semi-permanent, demi-permanent, and permanent dyes. I think this product says to only use on virgin hair, but it still worked very well for me. There are no weird blue/green/red tinges to my hair now. The reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because the directions were quite confusing. I didn’t follow the directions correctly and luckily everything still went well. The amount of water it says to add is way too much and made it very watery, I can’t remember the exact instructions, but I think it was a 1:3 ratio of powder:water, but I did about 1:1 and that made it the correct consistency. I also recall that the timing was confusing as well..I left mine in for about 2 hours. Another negative is the smell, I like earthy smells but it was very strong and stayed in my hair even after 2 washes. Personally this is an easy thing to get over since the product is non-toxic. All in all, I’m happy with the product and will be repurchasing in the future:)

Love
Love this hair dye, I’ve used it multiple times. Budget friendly. Non damaging. It will eventually start to fade as time goes on.

Doesn't work on greys
Unfortunately this natural dye doesn't work. The reviews seemed to be mostly positive, the front of the box says it covers greys, and my mom wanted a hair dye that's natural so we gave this a try. It does not dye grey hairs to the same darkness as the box. We got deep chestnut, left it in for 6 hours and it came out super light and brassy. It was not worth the time and effort for the color we ended with.

Organic and beautiful
I just want to say that dark hair dye is extremely carcinogenic when I finally came across this I was overjoyed! It made my hair so soft it smells good and I feel good knowing that the ingredients that I’m putting on me are NOT toxic I am very thankful for having found this product

Not for gray hair
My hair was gray, now it is bright orange, not exactly caramel as I had hoped. I'll continue to stuff my hair under a hat until it grows out enough to chop it off.
