Aerodynamics for Naval Aviators - 00-80T-80 [Hurt Jr., H. H.] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Aerodynamics for Naval Aviators - 00-80T-80 Review: This is THE definitive text book on aerodynamics - I first used this text book as a Student Naval Aviator in September 1965 during the Naval School of Pre Flight training syllabus at NAS Pensacola. I used it again at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA in 1974. This book is of use to all pilots, aircraft design engineers, and those who teach aerodynamics in a formal class room environment. And for a retired Naval Aviator who flew my entire 23 year US Navy career this book is a most welcome addition to my technical library. Review: Five Stars - This is an excellent training booklet for understanding aerodynamics of fixed wing aircraft.

Basic aerodynamics for naval aviators
I bought this just because I've always been interested in aviation and wanted to understand the engineering better. It's not an engineering text, no problems to solve or questions to answer. Lots of formulas to define the concepts. The thrust is to tell the aviator how it all affects his use of the aircraft.
