how good is the Adhesive regarding staying put?

The adhesive doesn't last long, it took about a week or so to fall off. when I first received this product I cleaned the area from dirt and dust so it will stick better, but after certain weather conditions the product couldn't withstand the elements.

Can this product be removed from a car without damaging the paint? how?

Yes, it can he removed without damaging the pain but you must clean the area thoroughly before installing it.
