What type of cinnamon are these made of; cassia or Ceylon?

The come from The Bulk Priced Food Shoppe in Wisconsin. I checked their website, but the cinnamon chips weren't listed. The package does not say what type of cinnamon. It is a fairly strong cinnamon flavor but not overpowering. I use them in place of chocolate chips in cookies, and they are really good
