Mini Cinnamon Drops, Bulk Size, Baking Chips (1 lb. Resealable Zip Lock Stand Up Bag)

Used for bagels! Size was as expected , worked great for bagel add ins! These do melt quicker than I planned. Taste was amazing! Opening them smelled like Christmas ❤️ worth the money since they are HARD to find in store.

I used these last night to add to my snickerdoodle dough and they added extra cinnamon flavor to the cookies. Note, they are not the size of regular cooking chips, they are very tiny maybe 1/8". So you won't get a lot of flavor in a bite.

I used these in Snickerdoodle cookies. Because of the mini size they did not give the desired result. Next time I’ll look for full sized drops. They didn’t seem to have much cinnamon flavor to me.

I use these in my scones, they taste great! They work great in recipes of all kinds. They melt well, smell great, taste great the perfect size!

I used to buy cinnamon chips from King Arthur Flour, that I would add to cookies, bread, and coffee cake. Anything with cinnamon already included. These chips really enhanced the baked goods. KAF stopped selling them and I have been looking all over for a replacement. Decided to give this brand a try. They are exactly like the ones I used to get from KAF. They are not meant to eat right out of the bag, like you would do with choc. chips. They have a higher melting point and are meant to be used in baked goods.

When these arrived I noticed they did not look fresh. They aren't melted, but the middle is one big clump and didn't separate, and there is little melted crumb particles all over the inside of the bag. I tasted one and it didn't melt but got stuck in my teeth and stayed there, like a chunk of wax. They do taste like cinnamon, but the texture is so off putting it was like paraffin in my mouth. When I tried it again next day, I didn't chew it but let it melt in my mouth, it was grainy and not smooth/melty and left an oily, waxy coating in my mouth. So disgusting, I would never put this in food. The most maddening part is I paid $13 and Amazon states this item is not returnable.

This is a repeat order so that tells you how pleased I am with this product. I mainly use these in addition to raisins in homemade cinnamon raisin bread. Going by the reviews from my family I’d definitely recommend!
