It is a very good product, but it is important to use it consistently and with discipline to get the best results. It helps a lot. For me, it has truly been a good product when following the instructions carefully and with my doctor’s approval. Excellent product.

This is the only supplement I can find that contains passionflower and chamomile. About a half hour after taking it, I feel much calmer. It is relaxing, without making you tired.I love this product, it's great for travel.

This was a great supplement! I felt like I had extra energy without any side effects. If your not use to supplements, I highly recommend making sure you drink a lot of water and make sure you eat before taking, as you may get an upset stomach. These were a great value for your money, as there are some really expensive one out there that are comparable.For those looking for a magic pill, I don't believe there is anything like that. With proper diet and exercise, the right supplements can help and I believe we all lack a lot of nutrients. I defiantly felt like I had more energy. I hope that these help!
