Love these baking sheets. They are very good. Have no issues with them. And a little weight to them . Also love the cooling racks. They are a good size. Love the silicone baking sheets do not have to use baking spray on them.

I havnt had new baking sheets for many years, in fact I have been using my moms that I probably baked cookies in high school 46 years ago! These are perfect, the silicon pads make for a easy clean up and I love the racks.

Great smaller size. Wished the fit in toaster or 2 side by side in oven. Measurements say they do. Rolled edge (maybe) means they don't. Do not hide and leak water out the rolled edge! Stack nicely. Fit in fridge great for holding weekly meal prep. Have used 100s of times, sometimes twist shape in oven but always return to shape. Not enough twist that they've spilt sheetpan eggs yet. Knock on wood. Dishwasher safe a bonus. The trays! I forgot these came with trays. Having a great that fits exactly in great. Cut down on mess. Super handy for breading chicken or dry brining meats!

Well made, sturdy, cooks evenly, and cleans up easily.

I love baking with silicone mats as apposed to parchment paper. Easy to clean and no sticking. But it was very difficult trying to find a mat that would fit perfectly in a pan. This was very important, it could have a big impact on the overall baking process. An uneven mat could mean smashed cookies, etc. The only hmmmm, moment, was that once the heat gets going, the pan warps a bit, but after you take it out of the oven it's fine, and the food isn't affected.

I love the size of this set—it fits perfectly in my smaller wall oven, and I really appreciate that it comes with the sheet, rack, and silicone mat. I use all three pieces constantly. The only downside is that the metal is a bit thin, so the pan tends to pop and warp slightly while heating. It hasn’t affected most of my bakes, but I could see it being an issue for certain recipes that need completely even heat. Overall, still a very useful and convenient set.

I love thesa pans. Great for baking sweets and savory foods. Excellent for a large jelly roll or yule log. My favorite was oven fried chicken. The grate allowa airto circulate making it crunchy all oved, yet allowing the oil used to based it to fall off amd not soak in. Let me start by telling those who say they warp in the oven at high heat, please ignore. For general high temps like for cakes I place it on the stove to get just more than room temperature. For my oven fried chicken I place in the oven before I turn it on so it comes to temperature slowly. Its basic science: room temp to cold, mid weight metal will warp if it heats to fast. This is also why we don't put pots straight off the fire onto water. Even hot water will warp a super hot pan These are a great size and decent weight. I like that is heavy enough for cooking but not too heavy whem foods on it plus the price is phenomenal. Check out my oven fried chicken made with this pan Easy to clean and doesn't stain. Like I said sturdy but not to heavy when it has even 10 +pieces of chicken

I really like the silicone tray liners it comes with. They are great for cooking bread

Perfect for baking, but the silicone baking sheet stains with butter and the spots cannot be removed after washing.
