While I do not have a pet, I thought that this would be an awesome toy and/or tool. I was impressed by the feel of quality and the performance. It reveals some amazing perspectives on objects in your life! Highly recommended, although you may not enjoy all of the insights!

It's awesome, works just like it should. Only problem is that it's not rechargeable. I guess you could probably buy 3 rechargeable AA batteries for it, but yeah, other then that, it's pretty awesome. My daughter loves it.

Works well, super bright. I had a Tom cat that was sneaking in the doggie door and spraying. I could smell it but had trouble finding all the spots he sprayed. They showed right up with this light. Totally worth the price to not smell cat pee!

If you need this for detecting pet urine it does work. It’s not as bright as some of the other ones I’ve tried and the it only works for smaller areas at a time (not as many uv lights) and only works when your house is Pitch Black dark. So if you want to find one that works with just a little light coming through your windows this is NOT the one on you! It will pick up older stains that have already been cleaned so you have to pay attention to which one looks a little brighter. I would have returned this for a bigger brighter one but I’m in the process of replacing my carpets now so this will work for other small jobs I need later down the road.

The scorpions glow so bright under this light that they might as well be wearing high-visibility vests. It gives them zero chance to ambush my bare feet. If you are currently locked in a turf war with arachnids in your own home, buy this. It won't smash them for you, but it sure exposes their battle positions. 10/10.
