Good for your skin good value I take one a day

I love it

Do not exceed the dosage, otherwise it will wash the copper in the body

These zinc capsules are easy to take and work well with my daily supplement routine. I like the simple formula and the 120-count bottle lasts a good while. The capsules are a convenient size, and overall it feels like a good value.

I didn't realize there were different forms of Zinc. I was using this Zinc Picolinate for some time and had no issues. I unknowingly bought Zinc Gluconate, because of a better price. For me the Gluconate form, caused very bad nausea, even with food. Zinc Glycinate is also a well tolerated form of Zinc. I Hope this helps.

This zinc supplement has been a great addition to my daily routine, especially during times when I want extra immune support. The zinc picolinate form seems easier on my stomach compared to other zinc supplements I’ve tried in the past. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that NOW Foods keeps their ingredient lists simple without a lot of unnecessary fillers. The bottle also lasts a long time with 120 capsules, making it a really good value. I’ve had consistently good experiences with NOW Foods
