YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH SHELBY'S!
This is a great kit for making great chili! I first tried Carroll Shelby's chili kit about 15 years ago and have never made a pot of chili without it since. I have tried many different brands of chili mix, but Caroll Shelby's is the best by far. The spices are perfect, and I love the fact that they keep the "hot" spices separate so you can make your chili at whatever level you like best. The instructions also offer helpful ideas for things you can add to your chili, which is great for new cooks or cooks new to making chili. You can't go wrong with this kit!

Mr. Shelby’s chili is fantastically good.
Carroll Shelby makes great cars and excellent chili spices. Chili is better than my spice mix. I never use my recipe any more. I highly recommend Mr. Shelby’s. He gives you choice of hot or mild. I prefer mild. The men in my family like the HOT.It is easy to make it both ways. Try it, you’ll like it.
