Brought these for my granddaughter who is crazy about gymnastics and loves to challenge herself to improve her gymnastic skills. These great quality cards with different moves on each card are a perfect gift for budding gymnasts. They are excellent quality cards come with a picture of each move you are doing and help you improve your technique as they give you information that will help you get better skills. We use these in our gym for kids that are on restricted movement for a injury. If they can't do a station because of the injury, they pick a card to do. It has been a great way to keep them working in the gym and learning skills they can do with a fun conditioning tool.

I LOVE this game, ended up laminating the cards as they are easily wrecked by over-eager gymnasts but it's a super fun game for warmup + conditioning!

Super cute- we opted for this other than the larger packet (was a little over my price point). It’s pretty basic but good stuff to do in the basement or backyard. I think the kiddo expected challenges, but I was impressed with the mix of stretches and low risk skills.
