Product seems to be as per norms
Reason for 3 star was received only packet instead of two as per order. The product is for enhancing hair quality as such that effect will be visible long term only.

Its not hibiscus...its fake product Its red sorrel leaf flower....when flower is boiled it will be soft....but its stiff even after boiling in water
