First class quality for a great price
Really great quality for a great price- considering it’s an ‘Amazon Basics’ product - the quality and features are anything but basic… really well made, top quality materials - I ordered a Samsonite at the same time and sent that back as it was inferior to this (so I’ve ordered another one - the true test will come when I travel with it, but I looks like it will be very long lasting

Stitching ripped open on 1st use !!!!
Stitching ripped open on first use!!!! I bought this in November 2024 for a specific trip I had coming up in July 2025. The stitching on one of the end pouches has ripped open during this trip after minimal use I have many Samsonite products and this is NOT the same quality standard and build I have come to expect from Samsonite. It is now no longer fit for purpose, very expensive for a one use bag. What hapoened to the good old Samsonite quality and durability?? Very disapointed, and the last Samsonite product that I will buy

Questionable quality
Was initially happy with it, especially the split base feature. Unfortunately it has not withstood even half a dozen air travel trips. After only a year and a half of intermittant use, the fabric has been punctured and split in places. Not the usual Samsonite quality you'd expect and certainly not fit for the rigours of airport baggage handlers. Would not recommend.

Don't buy broken zip
Zip has broken after 6 months 2 trips away. Not what you expect from samsonite. Very disappointing

Registration
I just received 2x 32in bags and tried to register them both online and by Tx. The online registration web page is not recognised as is the message app71403. Just a bit concerned as they have a 3 year warranty and it seems to be in my mind invalid as I can not get them registered. The above photo is the one you need to register 🤔🤔🤔

Dreadful quality - avoid !
Used once and the zips broke in 4 places along with thd top lining detaching. A truly awful piece of luggage. Given samsonite's reputation and my previous experience of their products I'm amazed they sell this. Customer Services are not the easiest people to contact. DONT BUY!
